Corn fodder has been used to help supplement hungry livestock in drought-stricken areas for years. It is important that grain farmers find out about this opportuntiy to help themselves and others because the corn stalks start to decompose very quickly.

Note: Corn Fodder is the whole corn plant minus the kernels - roughly chopped. It needs to be broken up into smaller pieces no longer than about 2 inches in length. Only use a thin layer (no more than 1 inch thick) in the bottom of the gourd.
