Sleep is the best thing a hangover victim can do to hide from the pain. It's a good idea to stay in bed a little longer the next morning, unless of course you have to go to work. The extra sleep will give your body more time to heal.

what do you guys usually eat the next morning/noon ... The only thing that can get rid of a hangover is sleep and aspirin... but I find a bloody mary always does the trick as well... ... Bread or crackers are the best thing to eat. They absorb the alcohol in your stomach. V-8 juice also works very well.
