Bereavement Stages

Bereavement consist of five stages. The first stage is denial, the bereaved denies the fact that someone has passed. The second stage is anger, the bereaved feels anger towards the decease or maybe even blames himself. The third stage is bargaining, the bereaved tries to bargain with god or themselves to make the decease reappear. The fourth stage is depression, the bereaved goes threw mental and physical strain due to the loss. The fifth stage is acceptance, the bereaved accepts the loss and realizes that it is no ones fault and that we have no control over someone passing.
