Causes of Numb Arms and Hands
There can be many causes for numb arms and hands. There are times when over exertion of the limbs will cause swelling. Try a quick massage of the limbs. There are times when elevating the limbs will assist in the proper flow of blood. When this does not help try running warm water on the arms and hands for several minutes to recirculate the blood flow. If this does not help consult a doctor.
