Corrective Preventive Action Procedure
Corrective action procedure is an action taken to the effect of a detected nonconformity and to eliminate the recurrence of the nonconformity through identifying the root cause of the nonconformity.
Preventive action procedure is a proactive approach to identify the cause of a potential nonconformity to prevent any problems from occurring and to initiate some improvements in the quality system.
