Dealing with Condescending People
When dealing with condescending people at work, home or just anywhere, you must keep your thoughts and discussions focused and well-articulated. You must also maintain your patience and temper as well or the worst will overcome you. Most people talk down to others to make themselves appear smarter, more important than others or both. By maintaining your intelligence, calmness and keeping your overall tone completely professional, only one of ya'll will come out of it appearing arrogant and condescending. So if you follow these simple steps that person will not be you.
