Delaying Your Period

If their is a paticular time that you would like to delay your period you should take birth control pills for a short period of time. By not taking the pills it brings you period down. If you are on the patch do not remove the patch and your period will be delayed. You may see some slight spotting but you full period will not come down. Im not sure if this is healthy or not but I do know it works. Stess can also delay your period.
