Feelings List

Feelings have to do with your emotions. Whether those emotions are pleasurable or painful. Some examples are crushed, goodness, nice, love, hopeful, and even panic. These feelings can be intense, strong, moderate, or mild. When trying to express yourself try to use words that are specific rather than general, about how you're feeling. You can find a list of feelings here: http://www.johannavanderpol.com/pdf/feelingslist.pdf .
