The first couple weeks of pregnancy symptoms may vary by each individual. Remember the best way to confirm a pregnancy is to use an at home pregnancy test or go to the doctor. The most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Breast tenderness and frequent urination are also signs of pregnancy. You may also experience nausea, dizziness and food cravings. Of course there is also morning sickness, heightened sensitivity to smell, weight gain, implantation bleeding and low back pain.
