There are not any foods that will regulate your period. Having your period is your body's way of "cleaning" itself out. There are certain foods you may want to avoid when on your period to help it be not as painful. Fatty foods, fried foods and anything that contains caffeine may lead your period to be more uncomfortable than normal. Try to eat a well balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies while on your period.
