I have bad reactions to birth control including depression, mood swings, and worse menstrual cycles. I also have irregular periods, going 4 to 6 months without one then having one for up to 2 months continuous. Is there anything that can regulate without it being birth control? ... The flow is much lighter than I experienced without the pills but all in all, I am VERY unhappy and have not found anyone with this ... There are very few drugs or medications known to prevent any cancer but birth control pills have definitely been shown to prevent endometrial cancer if taken over a long period of time.
