My children have managed to rotate all Windows based screens by 90 degrees. This happens after booting up the machine once Windows XP has loaded. The Start button is now located in the top left hand corner of the screen, inverted 90 degrees to to read you have to rotate the screen 90 degrees.

I'd try taking it apart and picking at the little green rubber thing with the grey stripe in the middle (behind the screen, it's called an elastomer). That could be the problem which a new screen wouldn't fix (IIRC). ... I know the easiest way to fix it! Throw it in a dumpster and get a phone from the 21st century!

If you look at images reduced to fit your screen you can't see the finest details. ... The only correct way to fix keystoning is to mount the projector properly. Professional projector makers know this, and use lenses that move mechanically, just like a view camera, to correct without having to mutilate any pixels.
