How to Induce Vomiting
There are two ways to induce vomiting, and neither is easy to digest. For the most part, it is not healthy to induce vomiting unless some sort of toxin has been ingested, and if that's the case, then call a doctor or 911 immediately. Otherwise, there are isolated instances when a person might induce vomiting, so this information is being offered with that in mind. 1 - Administer an emetic, such as ipecac. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. 2 - Wash hands thoroughly, then stick your middle as far back toward your throat as you can until you trigger the gag reflex. Be sure to remove your hand quickly once this reflex has been activated.
