Incessant Talking
Incessant talking is not a serious condition as much as it is rather annoying. Incessant talking is usually a sign that someone is nervous or unsure of themselves. Incessant talking has also been linked to a sign that someone is lying or trying to cover something up. An incessant talker often has trouble focusing on one or two thoughts and has to process many things at once, leading to nonstop talking. While, yes, this can be irritating, an incessant talker shouldn't be scolded, but should be persuaded to try and concentrate on one topic and learn how to let someone else do the talking from time to time!
