Inducing Labor

There are many ways to induce labor. Walk, walk, walk. Not only will walking help you to stay in shape, the movement will help your babies head to push on your cervix, witch will help it to dilate. Sex, oh yes that beautiful thing that got you pregnant to begin with. There are hormones in the sperm that helps your cervix to open. Castor oil also works great. Before you go to bed drink a big glass of orange juice with two tablespoons on castor oil mixed in. it helps if you mix it while you drink it.
