Well, it'd probably cut up your throat when you swallowed it, and do the same to your intestines, but it's just oxidized iron, so I can't imagine it'd be that harmful chemistry-wise. ... Meh...i think its only bad when you step on taht rusty nail... Though i wouldnt suggest making a habit of eatin that rust...

I looked at the bottom of the cake and there were spots of what looked like rust all over the bottom. I looked closer at the pan and sure enough there were rusty looking splotches all over.
