Inner Ear Dizziness

Our sense of balance comes from three sources, the eyes, the inner ear, and kinesthetic senses. When one of the sources disagrees with the other is that we feel dizzy. The inner ear usually produces symptoms of a whirling sensation called a vertigo. Many times dizziness is associated with hearing loss, ear pressure, and tinnitus.
