Major Bones in the Arm

There are three major bones in the human arm. The longer that connects the shoulder to the elbow is called the humerus. Their are two bones in the lower arm from the elbow to the wrist. The radius is located on the thumb side of the arm. The ulna is on the pinky side. The elbow itself is a hinge joint comprised of three small bones that attach to each of the major ones.
