Menstrual Cycle Calendars

A menstrual cycle calendar is a great way to keep track of your monthly periods. To start, you need to begin your calendar on the first day of your menstrual period. For each day you have your period, on the calendar you should keep track of the flow of your period. You can use the following symbols if you would like: H for heavy flow, M for medium flow, L for light flow. Once your period is over, you need to record what day your period ended. You can even keep track of pre-menstrual symptoms as your period date gets closer. That way, if your doctor ever has questions about pre-menstrual syndrome or your period, you'll have a calendar to refer back to.
