Minor in Possession California

If a minor is in possession in California that are looking at a fine for a maximum of $250 and community service for at least 48 hours. This is all depended if this is your first offense and assuming you are in possession of alcohol and not drugs. Of course if it was drugs or you was driving while being busted then you are definitely looking out more trouble than a fine and community service.
