Mucus Slime Bowel Movements
If you have had mucus slime bowel movements for some time now you should call your doctor. It can be caused by may different abnormalities like chronic pancreatitis, unprocessed fats, or celiac disease. Only your doctor can run the proper test to determine if it is something serious or something that will subside on its own. He may want to do a colonoscopy and or run some blood test and may even want stool samples. I would go see your doctor right away, it is better to be safe then sorry.
