Nodules Found in Lungs
Most nodules found in lungs tend to be benign. However, a small percentage of lung nodules can be the signs of early stage lung cancer. Lung nodules are small masses of tissue found in the lungs. If lung nodules are found, your doctor may watch the nodules for changes by doing periodic tests, like CT scans, chest x-rays, or PET scans. Benign lung nodules do not require treatment.

My aunt just went to the doctor because she has had problems with breathing the doctor told her that he found nodules on her lungs...she has to go in today for a catscan and Friday for a biopsy. Last year she had breast cancer and went through kemo and had her breast removed she recovered from that just fine.
