Nursing Neurological Assessment

A nursing neurological assessment is often completed to make sure that a person has not had any neurological changes. Those type of changes are to make sure that the brain is working properly. Normally, in a nursing neurological assessment they will look at the puples with a flashlight and make sure they change in size. They will look to make sure that you have feeling equally on both sides of your feet. They will make sure that you have equal strength on both sides of the body by testing your reflexes and also testing your strength in hands and arms.
