One Pupil Larger Than the Other
Some of the common causes of one pupil being larger than the other can be due to use of eye drops. Some medications if they get into the eye can also cause this such as asthma inhalers. More serious reasons can be bleeding inside of the head, a tumor, infections in the brain, aneurysm, glaucoma, or a tumor in the chest or lymph node system. For any of the major symptoms you need to get to the doctor as soon as possible. With glaucoma if you have an attack you can end up blind within a few hours of the attack. I have been having alot of really bad headaches lately and I think my vision is getting worse. I noticed that i have one pupil bigger than the other. I was just wondering if this could be a sign of something or should I be worried? ... larger pupil than the other (6 replies):

hi i also have One pupil bigger than the other but this was only noticed when i was diagnosed with a very large optic dic pit, this is were fluid collects at the back of the eye and pushes the retiner forward hense the larger pupil ! i noticed slight blurred vision in my bad eye and was turned away from...
