Ovary Twinges Pregnant

Some woman do get ovary twinges while they are pregnant. It is not uncommon because you have to remember your ovaries are kicked into high gear. While I was pregnant I had one ovary that annoyed me for a while. After giving birth some woman complain of pain in one or both ovaries. Your ovaries can be a very sensitive part of your body. It also has the most important job. Woman compain most about their ovaries during ovulation time.

just today have constant twinges in area of left ovary. not sure if ovulation symptom or implantation??? or something else???? been 19 days since got period; ... I'm having twinges as well. I think I may be pregnant, but am not due for my period until 2/12/08. Could this be implantation?

As far as I know, ovary twinges aren't good or bad signs. The only thing I can think of is it has something to do with implantation? Anyway, ...
