Positive Attitude in the Workplace
A positive attitude in the workplace can make or break the workday. The old cliche "enthusiasm is contaigious" stands true and strong. When a person sits down at their desk first thing in the morning, if they greet their coworkers in a pleasant, upbeat tone it sets a positive pace for the day. If a person stomps in, plops down at their desk, and complains about the traffic or the weather, that establishes a completely different tone for those working around that unhappy camper. Test the theory for yourself, and chances are that you'll see positive results.
