Comments about the size of your toes ... I realized that if so many people had a second toe longer than their big toe, this must be a normal genetic condition and not freakish at all. I stopped being self-conscious about my toes and learned to accept them.

I know this isn't much help for you, but.....I've always been told that if your second toe is longer than your big toe, that is a sign of intelligence! (Just thought I'd share that with you. I hope you find some better answers.
