Shoulder Muscle Chart

The shoulder refers to the group of structures in the region of the joint. The deltoid is the strongest of all the shoulder muscle. It lifts your arm up and away from the side of your body. The subscapularis muscle is attached onto the deep surface of the scapula. The three other muscles of the rotator cuff are all attached to the back of the scapula.
