Skin Boils

Skinboils are usually harmless butit's not a goodidea to squeez them. Boils are oversized pimples that do not have as much to do with personal hygene as many think. They are usually caused when friction form when something like an ill-fitting undergarment, tight shoe or scratch allows bacteria under theskin. The bacteria settle in a hair follicle or an oil gland where it is attackedby the immune system. The result for you is a red, pus filled nodule. Don't worry, with time a boil will be absorbed by your body or erupt and drain.
