Skin Welts
Skin welts are caused usually by one of two things. Either you've been hit by something that has caused the skin to turn red and have raised edges or you could be getting hives. The easiest way to tell the difference is that if they itch, they are probably hives. If you've been hit by something and it leaves a welt, then it will probably disappear over a couple hours.
