Speech therapy exercises is good when caught in time. Speech therapy teaches you how to say letters that you are having problems with. It teaches you how to pronounce letters which in returns build better communication and self esteem. Without speech therapy communication can be very embarrassing. Sometimes people spit when they have a lisp. Sometimes lisp can be caused by gaps in the teeth.
