First, before you worry too much, there are many causes of spots on lung x-rays. You definitely want an expert to review the tests. He will review your medical history and ask questions about smoking and exposure to things like asbestos. It can be something as simple as scar tissue or an infection. If they can't determine this way, they may run blood tests to rule somethings out. Then they may be able to do a simple needle biopsy. I recommend that you ask the PA to go to the x-ray department and look at the film with the radiologist. My guess is that the spot is an artifact and not reflective of anything in the lung itself.
