Stop Stomach Gurgle
If you need to stop stomach gurgle, then you proabably have one of two problems. You could either be hungry, which means you need to eat something so your stomach will stop gurgling or you could have a medical condition called Iritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) that causes your bowles and stomach to gurgle. If you think you have IBS, you should see your doctor. Most people with IBS say that if they take some activated charcoal with their meals, they notice a significant difference in the amount of gurgling they hear from their stomach and bowels.

I still haven't found help for myself, but I was also given a suggestion by Harry, a senior veteran on the boards, to try Ignatia 30X. It's a homeopathic remedy that he says should reduce if not stop the stomach noises.

I have heard that drinking a warmed up 7up is a good cure for the stomach growling, but i am particularly interested if i will grow out of it, lets say my body learns to stop acid rush to my stomach.

My stomach was doing that to me during an FCAT test a few years ago. But we were given those mints that have red stripes on the edges, and when I sucked on one it made the growling stop. Not sure if it'll help since your stomach is doing something different, but it's a suggestion.

Mints can help prevent your stomach from growling, though it wouldn't help to fill you up and you'll still be starving. Contrary to what some people think, drinking lots of water when you are hungry does not stop your stomach from making loud noises!

and i know im neva hungry wen my stomach rumbles buts its soo embarrasin in exams and i try to stop it and that means losing my concentration. i hate it... i hope that sum1 ... Although the patient knows that they are no longer there, it takes the body longer to adjust and thus will continue to nervously gurgle and bubble.
