Swollen Gland in One Side of Neck
A swollen gland in one side of neck is where one of your glands in your neck is having a reaction to something. It is not uncommon to only have one gland swell. There usually is something going on. I read alot about swollen glands. However, I am confused. I had what felt like a swollen gland maybe on my left side of the neck. The right side feels sore but not swollen. One doc said it was my carotid artery. It is very painful just when sitting here.
