Thumb Anatomy
Thumb anatomy is very simple. Your thumb is made up of just three bones. You have opposable thumbs if you can touch all other digits on your hand. A hand is considered to be only 25% useful without the thumb. If your thumb can extend backwards toward the nail and outwards, you probably have a hitchhikers thumb.
