some of the effects of the triple c's are brain damage,dealth,coma so you should never take no more then it tells you to take. cause you will end up in the er and on the table

Taking "Triple C's" as you call them, in any way other ... If you want to take DXM to get high, *Which I do not recommend* Robitussin makes a formula called "Maximum Strength Cough" which the only active ingredient is DXM. At least that way you wont have to worry about the heart effects from the Chlorpheniramine Maleate.
