Taking "Triple C's" as you call them, in any way other ... If you want to take DXM to get high, *Which I do not recommend* Robitussin makes a formula called "Maximum Strength Cough" which the only active ingredient is DXM. At least that way you wont have to worry about the heart effects from the Chlorpheniramine Maleate.
