Who Can Legally Dispense Medication

Only a pharmacist can legally dispense medecine. Dispensing medecine means taking the medecine from stock supplies and placing/pouring it into the bottles, then labelling the bottles with the patients information. Nursing personell may then give the prescribed medecines to their patients, but may not actually dispense the medications.
