Kinds of Prose
There are many different types of prose. Prose is regular speech or writing, not poetry. A few are: Letters, Novels, Short Stories, Factual Prose, Diaries, Testimonies, Journals, Personal Essay. Prose comes in two types of text - narrative and expository. Prose doesn't require poetic measures and is written in paragraphs. Prose uses no specific rhythm and does not rhyme as poetry does.
