Navy Report Chit

A Navy report chit is a form that is used to report serious transgressions and charges against Navy personel. This is one of those types of things that you don't want to receive. You can speak to your commanding officer directly about what a chit is, and what the consequences of receiving them could be. If you aren't currently in the Navy, you could also ask your recruiter. I did a search for you on this subject, but was unable to come up with the consequences information. I did find quite a few forms, however, that can be used to file chits.
