Finding a percentage is easy. A percentage goes from 0% to 100%. There are many ways to calculate a percentage. For example, 0.25 is saying 25 divided by 100. 25 divided by 100 is 1/4, which is .25 if done a calculator. Another example of finding a percentage if given a decimal is moving the decimal to the right. If given a whole number move decimal to the left.
