Phonetic Translator
Phonetic translator can be found at http://www.csgnetwork.com/phonetictranslator.html. This website offers a converter that does require use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. It offers a wide range of clarity in communications and telecommunications. These are generally used for radio, aviation, marine, ham radio, as well as other uses. There is another website that offers the phonetic translator on an international level http://www.langsci.ucl.ac.uk/ipa/pulmonic.html as well.
