Spanish Slang

There are many different slang spanish words. El/la cherie is a term of endearment; it is translated as sweetheart. A fuego translates to on fire. This is used when something is truly cool.A biente is translated as right back at you. This is self-explanatory. All of these many different terms are used frequently in the spanish language.

This is a dictionary of Spanish slang as found in Argentina, especially in the Rioplatense dialect, i.e. the dialect spoken around the basin of the Río de la Plata (where Buenos Aires is) and upstream on the basin of the Paraná River (around Rosario and up to the cities of Santa Fe and Paraná).
