Enunciate
Enunciate is when you articulate on something. It means that you pronounce the words very clearly. A good time to enunciate would be if you were speaking to someone that didn't speak very good English. By enunciating the words, it may make it easier for them to follow what you're saying. Another time that you should enunciate your words is if you are speaking to someone that is hard of hearing. This may help them to read your lips.
