Harold Brown's Fowl
The Harold Brown fowl are very good fowl that have never had any to quit or sull and when taken care of and properly conditioned they have a very high win percentage pure. They cross well with roundhead, hatch and claret. They cross well with other breeds also, The story is they were bred 7/8 Ted Mcclean yellow legged hatch and a 1/8 of leiper hatch. As the cocks get older they sometimes would go spraddle legged. Years of selective breeding has stopped that problem.

I have had the Harold Brown fowl for a long time, they are very good fowl and I can say I have never had any to quit or sull and when taken care of and properly conditioned they have a very high win percentage pure, they cross well with roundhead, hatch and claret I am sure they cross well with other breeds also,

Fowlafoot do you really have the old Green Legged Straight Comb Harold Brown Greys I hope so ... That would be good blood to put into my inbred Clarets as they haven't had any infusions since the 60's or 70's and that was Harold Brown Regular Grey Pullets directly from the man himself.
