Heredity Vs Environment

Heredity versus environment has been a topic of conversation and a source of much debate over the years. Some say, you can't have one without the other. You are a product of your environment. At the same time how can a person deny their heredity? It has been compared to the old adage "which came first, the chicken or the egg"? Most people would agree that heredity and the environment play important roles in shaping a persons behavior. Whether or not one has more power than the other still remains to be seen.
