Homemade Slime

To make homemade slime is incredibly easy. After making it once, you'll wonder why you bothered paying lots of money for the stuff in the store when you can make it yourself for pennies. To make it you only need borax (available in the laundry aisle of the grocery store), white glue, water, food coloring if you wish and a ziploc bag. How easy is that? Simply add a cup of water to 1 tablespoon of borax and stir until the borax dissolves. Then mix thoroughly 1/4 cup of water and a 1/4 cup of white glue. Put 1/2 cup of the borax solution and 1/2 cup of the glue solution into the ziploc bag. Add a few drops of food coloring and close the bag. Knead the bag until it mixes together well. That's it and it's time to have fun! Keep your slime refrigerated while not using it for it to last longer. When it begins to dry out or get moldy just toss it and make some fresh slime. http://www.madsci.org/experiments/archive/878680114.Ch.html
