IQ Chart
An IQ is an intelligence quotient. It is based on standardized tests that determine how smart you may be. According to the IQ chart, those that score 100 on the test are considered average. The highest genius will score between 181 and 200 points. You have a 1 in 7 billion chance at scoring that high on the test. If you can score between 145 and 165, you are considered a genius. Generic I.Q. Chart ... sigma = (IQ-100)/16. The percentile for each I.Q. score was calculated using the Microsoft Excel function NORMDIST. The rarity column shows how many people in the general population are expected to achieve this percentile or higher.

You can see why presently nobody should be able to get a deviation IQ higher than 195 (or 201 on the 16 SD scale). There are not enough people in the world to 'beat'. Note that rarities given are of people that have a certain IQ or higher.
