In Spite of the Fact That

In spite of the fact that is a common saying. It is saying that just because you are saying something does not mean that you are not going to do what you want. It is common to say in spite of the fact you did not do your homework you can still get a good grade if you pass the test. That is an example of how it is used. You can say in spiite of the fact that you do something, something else could come out of it.
