Personality Traits
In psychology, there are five broad factors or dimensions of personality, know as personality traits. These are sometimes referred to as "The Big Five" or "The Five Factor Model" (FFM). The 5 main traits are based on a sliding scale; on one side is the highest level of the trait, and on the other the lowest level. The traits are Extraversion/Surgency; Agreeableness; Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability; and Intellect. Personality can be measured for these 5 traits using a variety of assessment instruments.
