Qualitative refers to a subjective evaluation of the sample. Stated simply in the form of a descriptive language. This method of evaluation involves the analysis of data such as words, pictures, or videos. On the other hand, quantitative refers to a objective evaluation of the measurable amount of a sample. Stated simply in the form of standard measurement units. This method of evaluation involves the analysis of numerical data, such as numbers, integers, or values.
